Major Tasks: 1）Lead project team to achieve project Q/C/D target - Project Integration Management (set up project, manage execution, monitor and close project) - Project Scope Management (collect requirements, define and control scope of the project) - Project Time Management (define activities, develop and control schedule) - Project Cost Management (estimate and control costs, determine budget) - Project Quality Management (Plan and control Quality, perform Quality assurance) - Project Resource Management ( Plan HR, manage and develop project team) - Project Communication Management (plan internal/external communication, report performance) - Project Risk Management (identify, analyze, monitor and control risks) - Project Procurement (plan and manage procurement) - Change Request Management - Problem Resolution Management2）Analysis project financial data, identify and priorities measures to further enhance business competitiveness and drive for sustainable business growth. 3）Overall responsible for procurement management within business unit - Knowledge of automotive products - Solid financial experience - Project management experience - Corporate competence    - Interpersonal skills    - Assertiveness - Strategic thinking - Customer Orientation - Leadership skills - Strong willingness to drive the changes
