[AZ] Safety Manager

Location: AZ Employment Type: Full-time contract Contract Duration: ~Mar. 2027, with possible extension Compensation: $120,000 DOE Required Certification: OSHA 30/BCSP   We are seeking a Safety Manager to oversee EHS and site safety operations at a manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities - Manage safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and MIOSHA requirements. - Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments. - Investigate incidents and near misses and perform root cause analyses. - Deliver employee safety training and toolbox talks. - Manage JHA, LOTO, fall protection, hazard communication, and PPE programs. - Track safety KPIs and lead ongoing safety improvements.    - OSHA 30-Hour training completion and a valid BCSP certification are required. - At least 5 years of experience in Safety, EHS, or HSE. - Experience in manufacturing, automotive, logistics, warehousing, or construction. - Experience with safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations. - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Korean bilingual skills preferred.  All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
