Junior Advocate

Juris Consillis is a reputed litigation law firm based in New Marine Lines, Mumbai, with a strong practice in Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation, Insolvency (NCLT), Arbitration, Commercial Disputes, and Property Matters. We are looking for a motivated Junior Advocate to join our litigation team. This role offers excellent courtroom exposure and hands-on experience across various courts and tribunals while working alongside experienced legal professionals. The selected candidate will assist in handling litigation matters, legal drafting, research, and court proceedings. Key Responsibilities - Draft plaints, petitions, applications, notices, affidavits, agreements, and written submissions. - Assist in Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation, Property Matters, Commercial Disputes, Arbitration, and NCLT matters. - Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries and legal opinions. - Attend court hearings and assist senior advocates. - Manage court filings, procedural compliances, and legal documentation. - Coordinate with clients, counsel, and court officials. - Maintain digital case records and utilize legal technology and AI-assisted research tools.Practice Areas - Civil Litigation - Criminal Litigation - Insolvency (NCLT) - Arbitration - Commercial Disputes - Property MattersRequired Skills - Legal drafting and research - Basic knowledge of procedural laws - Strong communication and analytical skills - Proficiency in MS Office and digital documentation - Attention to detail and willingness to learnQualifications - LL.B.
