Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with no prior experience. - Proficiency in one or more modern backend programming languages, such as Java, Kotlin, or similar. - Experience building and operating large-scale, high-performance, and resilient systems. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English, with the ability to work effectively across teams. - Curiosity and willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges. Preferred Skills: - Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. - Exposure to large-scale, high-performance, and resilient backend environments. - Strong adaptability and interest in learning new technologies and tackling new technical challenges.
