Role Overview The Director of Global Corporate Program Management is the execution leader for corporate-wide programs that connect corporate strategy, technical delivery, and operational performance. Reporting to the VP of Global Corporate Operations, this role converts complex executive priorities into clear plans, accountable owners, measurable outcomes, and durable operating mechanisms. The role partners across R&D, Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, Product, Go-to-Market, Finance, Legal, People, IT, and Data. It is designed for a technically fluent operator who can move comfortably between API-first platform environments, SaaS business metrics, executive decision-making, and global change adoption. What This Role Owns •  Corporate program portfolio intake, prioritization, delivery governance, and outcome measurement. •  A consistent lifecycle for cross-functional initiatives from incubation through execution and handoff to steady-state owners. •  Planning cadence, dependency visibility, capacity trade-offs, and executive reporting across the global corporate portfolio. •  Operational systems that connect product usage, commercial performance, financial data, and program health into trusted decision support. •  Practical AI-enabled workflows that improve planning quality, communication speed, and execution discipline. Key Responsibilities Corporate Program and Portfolio Leadership •  Own program intake, prioritization, scoping, execution, risk management, and benefits realization from idea through completion. •  Link technical and operational initiatives to business outcomes such as ARR growth, NRR, gross-margin protection, customer time-to-value, and productivity. •  Manage a portfolio view of milestones, dependencies, investment, capacity, decisions, and realized impact. Cross Functional Lifecycle Governance •  Lead a practical three-stage lifecycle: Incubate, Execute, and Hand Off. •  Turn ambiguous executive priorities and urgent special projects into structured 30-60-90 day plans with explicit owners and decision rights. •  Ensure that programs transition cleanly into accountable operating teams with documented processes, metrics, and support models. Annual Planning and OKR Alignment •  Co-own the annual operating planning cycle with Corporate Operations, Finance, R&D, Go-to-Market, and executive leadership. •  Manage planning calendars, submission guidance, dependency mapping, capacity assumptions, and budget consolidation. •  Facilitate quarterly OKR setting, tracking, scoring, and retrospectives across business units; surface and resolve cross-functional bottlenecks. Executive Visibility and Decision Support •  Design portfolio reporting, C-suite dashboards, and board-ready materials that provide timely visibility into health, milestones, risks, and decisions. •  Establish a consistent reporting language and source-of-truth definitions for program and business performance. •  Create concise escalation paths that help leaders make trade-offs quickly and transparently. Capacity, Standards, and Change Management •  Maintain a capacity baseline across engineering, program management, and key corporate functions; identify overcommitment early. •  Establish practical execution standards, including initiative one-pagers, RAID logs, stage-gate checklists, and decision registers. •  Lead adoption of new operating playbooks, technical handoffs, and Go-to-Market processes across US, EMEA, and APAC. Required Qualifications •  8-12+ years of progressive experience in Technical Program Management, Corporate Program Management, Business Operations, or a related operations leadership function in a scaling SaaS or technology company.  •  Experience establishing portfolio management practices, corporate PMO standards, or operating rhythms that improve speed without adding unnecessary bureaucracy. •  Track record of leading complex, multi-team programs and influencing executives, VPs, and senior technical leaders without direct line authority. •  Working knowledge of SaaS operating metrics, including ARR, NRR, gross margin, CAC, retention, customer time-to-value, and the relationship between product telemetry and financial systems. •  Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems, make trade-offs visible, and create executable plans with clear outcomes. •  Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to prepare concise executive and board-level materials. •  Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent practical experience. Preferred Qualifications •  Experience in a developer-first, API-first, cloud infrastructure, data platform, or media technology company. •  Experience supporting a company through a high-growth phase, public-company readiness, or a significant operating-model change. •  Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, Looker or similar analytics tools, and AI-enabled workflow platforms. •  Strong technical fluency across API-based platforms, cloud infrastructure, software delivery practices, data systems, and corporate applications; able to engage credibly with Engineering and Architecture leaders.
