About Nscale Nscale is the vertically integrated AI cloud engineered for AI. We own and operate the full stack — energy, data centres, GPU superclusters, orchestration, and AI services — delivering high-performance infrastructure to AI-native companies, enterprises, and governments across Europe and the US. We are deploying GPU capacity at hyperscale, operating some of the densest, most advanced AI infrastructure in the world. At Nscale, our Deployment team plays a critical role in bringing new AI data center capacity online safely, on schedule, and to spec. We thrive on a culture of relentless innovation, ownership, and accountability, where every team member takes pride in their work and drives it with excellence and urgency. As an Nscaler, you'll build trust through openness and transparency, where everyone is inspired to do their best work. If you join our team, you'll be contributing to building the technology that powers the future. About the Role We're looking for a Project Manager to deliver low-voltage scopes across Nscale's AI data center deployments. You'll own the day-to-day delivery of assigned projects from kickoff through turnover, managing schedule, budget, vendors, quality, and stakeholder updates. You'll work closely with Senior Project Managers, Low Voltage Deployment Engineers, Construction, Network Infrastructure, and Commissioning to deliver on time, on budget, and to spec. This is a hands-on delivery role. You'll spend your time running projects, coordinating contractors, resolving issues in the field, and keeping your team and partner groups clearly informed, with support and escalation paths through senior project leadership. This is a remote role based in the United States, with approximately 30–40% travel for site kickoffs, critical milestones, and field oversight. Experience required: 4+ years of project management experience, including 2+ years supporting or delivering data center, mission-critical, telecom, or low-voltage construction projects. What You'll Be Doing - Manage the lifecycle of assigned low-voltage projects, including scope confirmation, baseline schedule, budget tracking, execution, and closeout. - Build and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones, critical path, dependencies, and look-ahead plans. - Track project budgets and forecasts, including cost tracking, change order processing, and invoice validation, escalating variances to senior project leadership. - Maintain risk and issue registers, help drive mitigation plans, and raise concerns early when schedule, cost, or quality is at risk. - Run one or more concurrent projects with clear ownership and accountability, growing toward a broader multi-site portfolio. - Coordinate low-voltage contractors and integrators through scope review, onboarding, mobilization, and daily execution, and support bid leveling as needed. - Hold vendors accountable to scope, schedule, safety, workmanship, and documentation requirements, and share field observations on vendor performance and material lead times with Procurement and Supply Chain. - Support or lead site kickoffs, walkdowns, and regular coordination meetings with field teams and contractors. - Oversee delivery of structured cabling (copper and fiber), high-density fiber and MPO trunking, labeling, and related low-voltage systems, and coordinate with the General Contractor on cable pathways (tray and ladder rack). - Manage RFIs, submittals, QA/QC inspections, test and certification results, punch lists, and as-built documentation. - Prepare complete, accurate closeout packages for a clean turnover to Commissioning and Operations. - Promote a strong safety culture and ensure contractors comply with site safety requirements. - Coordinate handoffs and dependencies with Construction, Network Infrastructure, AI Infrastructure Deployment, Engineering, Commissioning, Supply Chain, and Procurement. - Run project meetings that turn discussions into clear decisions, owners, and due dates. - Work with Low Voltage Deployment Engineers to align plans with design intent and field realities. - Provide clear, accurate weekly reporting on project status, milestones, cost, risks, and decisions using the team's standard tools and KPIs, keeping Jira and team trackers current and reliable. - Capture lessons learned and suggest improvements to templates, processes, and tooling as the organization scales. About You - Experience. 4+ years of project management experience, including 2+ years supporting or delivering data center, mission-critical, telecom, or low-voltage construction projects. - Delivery ownership. Hands-on experience managing project schedules, budgets, change orders, and subcontractor performance. You take accountability for your projects and see them through to closeout. - Low-voltage knowledge. Working knowledge of structured cabling and fiber systems, including installation, testing, and certification practices. - Technical fluency. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work. - Tools. Experience with scheduling and project tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Primavera P6, plus Jira or similar tracking tools. - Field-ready problem solving. You're comfortable on site and work through problems quickly with contractors and field teams. - Organization and judgment. You keep plans, budgets, and documentation accurate as conditions change, and you know when to make a call and when to escalate. - Communication. You give concise, honest updates to field teams, engineers, vendors, and leadership, and you raise risks before they become surprises. - Collaboration. You build trust with engineers, construction leads, vendors, and partner teams. - Growth mindset. You're eager to learn from senior project leaders and take on larger, more complex scopes over time. Nice to Have - Experience on hyperscale, cloud, HPC, or AI infrastructure deployments. - BICSI certification (e.g., Installer, Technician, or RCDD) and familiarity with TIA-568 and TIA-942 standards. - Experience working on projects across multiple sites or regions. Why This Role Matters Every GPU cluster Nscale brings online depends on the low-voltage infrastructure underneath it. In this role, you'll directly contribute to how quickly and reliably we deliver AI capacity to our customers, while building the experience and relationships to grow with our deployment program across sites and regions. Our flexible workplace trusts Nscalers to deliver, giving you the autonomy to shape your day around life's moments. - Join our thriving remote-first team.
