Head of Growth

ABOUT THE ROLE A growth leadership role at a scaling B2B SaaS company focused on AI-powered business communications. You will own the growth engine across marketing and product, lead a global growth team, and report directly to the CEO. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own and optimize the full growth funnel across performance marketing, SEO, creative strategy, and conversion rate optimization. - Lead product growth initiatives, including funnel design, pricing, positioning, and onboarding. - Build and scale a high-performing growth team, setting direction and hiring talent. - Use analytics and experimentation to allocate budgets and prioritize initiatives across channels. - Launch and grow the business in new international markets. - Report on growth metrics, budget performance, and strategic priorities to the CEO. - Develop lifecycle and customer retention strategies across markets. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 8 years of marketing or growth leadership experience, including scaling a company from an early stage to eight- or nine-figure ARR. - Experience managing annual marketing budgets of €15 million or more with P&L accountability. - A track record of launching in international markets and delivering measurable revenue growth. - End-to-end ownership of marketing and product marketing, spanning brand, demand generation, website, onboarding, and funnel optimization. - Strong growth analytics, experimentation, performance marketing, SEO, CRO, and website optimization skills. - Experience building and leading marketing or growth teams, setting KPIs, and reporting to a CEO. - Background in high-growth B2B or product-led SaaS, ideally in AI, enterprise software, or technology-driven products. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base salary: €150,000 to €250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in Munich, Germany. Relocation support is available.
