This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building teams, establishing operational standards, and bringing structure to an evolving workplace footprint. You will have the opportunity to build a facilities function and team, strengthen how we manage our spaces and vendors, and partner with the People team to bring employee programming to life, ensuring our workplaces scale alongside the business. JOB REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in facilities management, workplace operations, or a related field. - 7+ years of relevant experience in facilities or workplace operations, including managing office buildouts, moves, and multi-site operations. - Demonstrated experience leading teams, managing vendors, and establishing scalable processes and service standards. - Strong project management and budgeting skills, with the ability to coordinate timelines, costs, and cross-functional dependencies. - Experience managing office access, building services, maintenance, and workplace safety in partnership with relevant teams. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a service-oriented approach to supporting employees and stakeholders. - Proficiency with business and workplace management tools, project management software, and AI-augmented operations and reporting. - Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset, with an interest in using technology and automation to improve workplace operations. - Ability to work on-site in San Francisco and travel to other office locations as needed.
