Spanish-Speaking Direct Support Professional (DSP) — Baldwin, NY

NOW HIRING: SPANISH-SPEAKING DSP / BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN — BALDWIN, NY 💵 $22.50/hour · No certification required · Weekday afternoons We're looking for a caring, dependable DSP or Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with a 7-year-old girl with autism in her home. Monday through Thursday afternoons, same family every week — steady hours, no driving between clients. Spanish fluency required: You'll be speaking Spanish with the child and her family every session, and English with the supervising BCBA for notes and check-ins. Comfort in both is what makes this role work.
