As a Waiter or Waitress at VIA Antwerp, you help create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. You provide friendly, attentive service and contribute to the smooth running of our food and beverage operations. Whether you are serving breakfast or assisting during evening service, you represent the VIA Antwerp hospitality experience through your professionalism, energy and attention to guests. Your responsibilities - Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service. - Take food and beverage orders and communicate them accurately to the kitchen or bar. - Serve food and drinks efficiently. - Prepare and clear tables before, during and after service. - Keep the restaurant and service areas clean and organised. - Respond to guest questions and requests. - Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth service. - Follow food safety, hygiene and service standards.
