In 12 Months • Establish a consistent record of complete, on-time delivery across assigned Life Sciences projects. • Be recognized as a reliable source of project status, ownership, dependencies, risks, issues, and upcoming decisions. • Reduce late-stage surprises through early identification, communication, and escalation of project risks, resource constraints, and unresolved decisions. • Establish a practical, repeatable project-execution framework across Life Sciences data products and sponsored programs. • Improve project transition and turnover by ensuring sufficient documentation, runbooks, ownership, and implementation readiness. • Identify recurring execution obstacles and recommend improvements that strengthen accountability, collaboration, and delivery predictability.
