CNC Laser Programmer Location: Virginia Beach, VA Job Type: Direct Hire Pay: Starting at $55,000 annually (compensation may be higher based on experience) About the Role We are seeking a skilled CNC Laser Programmer to create, optimize, and maintain CNC programs used in the fabrication of sheet metal components and assemblies. This position works closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to ensure manufacturing processes are efficient, accurate, and aligned with customer specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong CNC programming experience, expertise in sheet metal fabrication, and the ability to develop machine-ready programs that maximize productivity, quality, and material utilization.
