About Mammoth Brands
Mammoth Brands (formerly Harry’s Inc.) is the modern CPG company behind brands Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, Mando, and Coterie. We’re building a new model—and home—brands, founders, and talent looking to solve unmet needs, improve peoples’ lives, and ultimately challenge the status quo. Our mission is to “Create Things People Like More.” Simply put: everything we do should be better than what already exists. If it’s not, we don’t do it. This guides everything we do, from developing the best product experiences, to making Mammoth Brands a great place to work, to exploring innovative ways to give back to our community.
We got our start in 2013 when our co-founders created Harry's. They built the brand differently—online first, prioritizing direct relationships with customers—and in the process learned they’d created something bigger: a playbook and platform that could help other brands grow and scale to their full potential, and a vision to reimagine consumer packaged goods. Today, Mammoth Brands is a growing portfolio of brands and the largest CPG company built in the last 20 years. Even as we grow, we take extra care to maintain the small, scrappy, entrepreneurial culture that helped to get us where we are today: to create a company that people like more, that better serves its customers, employees, and community. As a company, we’re also committed to making a positive impact and have donated over $20 million through our network of nonprofit partners to date.
We build brands that move fast and think big — and we hire people who are curious about AI, willing to experiment with it in their day-to-day work, and excited to accelerate what's possible. We prioritize giving our team the tools, training, and space to build real fluency, so you grow alongside the technology and help shape how we use it.
About the Role
Coterie is a modern baby care brand for discerning parents. We design high-performance diapering solutions for some of the biggest parenting challenges. Our products are built to outperform conventional options, and now, as part of Mammoth Brands, Coterie is positioned to accelerate growth and continue raising the standard in baby care.
We're looking for a Supply Planning Manager to own Coterie's end-to-end supply plan and help build the planning capabilities required for our next stage of growth.
As Coterie expands across DTC, Amazon, retail, wholesale, and emerging channels, our supply chain is becoming increasingly complex. We need someone who can translate demand into executable supply plans, anticipate constraints, optimize inventory investment, and ensure we have the right products in the right places at the right time.
This is a highly cross-functional role working closely with external manufacturers, logistics and warehouse partners, Demand Planning, Product Development, Operations, and Finance. You'll own the decisions and day-to-day execution that connect supplier production to inventory availability, while helping develop more sophisticated planning processes, systems, and capabilities.
The right person is equal parts planner, operator, analyst, and builder. You're comfortable getting into the details of a supplier order or inventory projection, but you also understand the broader financial and operational implications. You don't just identify problems. You anticipate them, evaluate tradeoffs, recommend solutions, and drive execution.
Your work will directly influence product availability, customer experience, working capital, and our ability to scale efficiently.
What You'll Do
Own End-to-End Supply Planning
- Translate SKU-level demand forecasts into rolling supply, production, purchasing, and inventory plans across Coterie's product portfolio.
- Own supplier forecasts, production schedules, purchase order planning, and ongoing supply commitments with external manufacturing partners.
- Manage finished-goods purchasing across diapers, pants, wipes, skincare, and future product categories.
- Evaluate supplier lead times, capacity, minimum order quantities, and production constraints to ensure supply plans are both executable and financially sound.
- Maintain forward-looking visibility into inventory coverage, open purchase orders, production milestones, and expected receipts.
- Proactively identify supply risks and recommend adjustments to production timing, order quantities, or inventory positioning.
- Partner with Demand Planning and Finance to balance product availability, inventory investment, excess and obsolete inventory risk, and working capital.
Optimize Inventory Across Channels
- Develop and maintain inventory and replenishment plans across DTC, Amazon, wholesale, retail, and emerging channels.
- Anticipate inventory requirements as Coterie expands its retail distribution footprint, accounting for channel-specific lead times, service requirements, and replenishment dynamics.
- Own Amazon inventory planning, replenishment requirements, and related kitting coordination.
- Monitor inventory health across our multi-warehouse network, identifying projected stockouts, excess inventory, and opportunities to rebalance supply.
- Partner with Logistics and warehouse teams on inbound priorities, inventory transfers, allocation decisions, and inventory discrepancies affecting supply availability.
- Evaluate inventory scenarios and recommend actions that balance service levels, operational costs, and working capital.
Manage Component, Packaging, and Kitting Supply
- Own supply planning and purchasing for packaging, components, collateral, and other materials required to support finished-goods production and fulfillment.
- Ensure component availability aligns with manufacturing schedules, new product launches, trial packs, kits, and bundles.
- Plan kitting requirements and coordinate execution with internal teams and warehouse partners.
- Maintain visibility into component inventory, supplier commitments, and material requirements.
- Identify and resolve material shortages, timing gaps, or capacity constraints before they disrupt production or product availability.
Drive Cross-Functional Planning and Execution
- Serve as a key planning counterpart to external manufacturers, managing forecasts, purchase orders, production priorities, and supply changes.
- Partner closely with Demand Planning to translate forecast updates, promotions, product launches, and transitions into actionable supply decisions.
- Contribute to Coterie's evolving Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, bringing forward supply constraints, inventory projections, scenarios, and recommendations.
- Communicate supply risks, tradeoffs, and decisions clearly to Operations, Finance, Product Development, commercial teams, and leadership.
- Drive resolution of supply exceptions across internal and external partners, ensuring clear ownership, timely decisions, and follow-through.
Help Build a Scalable, Data-Driven Planning Function
Coterie is at an exciting stage of growth, and we're investing in the processes, systems, and capabilities that will support a more sophisticated omnichannel supply chain.
- Improve supply planning models, inventory reporting, forecasting inputs, and recurring planning workflows.
- Help establish more standardized planning processes, operating cadences, and performance metrics.
- Leverage NetSuite, Parabola, Google Workspace, and emerging planning technologies to improve visibility, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows, improve data integrity, and use AI and technology to support faster, better decisions.
- Build repeatable, documented processes that reduce operational dependency on individuals and support future scale.
- Bring a continuous improvement mindset, challenging existing ways of working and helping evolve the planning function as the business grows.
What We're Looking For
We're less interested in a perfect résumé than evidence that you've personally owned supply decisions, understand their financial implications, and know how to make a plan work in practice.
You likely have:
- 5+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory planning, procurement, or a related supply chain function, ideally within CPG, consumer products, or an omnichannel business.
- Demonstrated ownership of SKU-level supply plans, supplier forecasts, production schedules, purchase orders, and inventory replenishment.
- Strong understanding of inventory coverage, safety stock, lead times, supplier capacity, replenishment planning, and excess and obsolete inventory risk.
- Experience working with external manufacturers, multiple warehouse locations, and component or packaging supply.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, including the ability to evaluate tradeoffs between service levels, inventory investment, working capital, and operating costs.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, with the ability to build, maintain, and challenge detailed supply and inventory models.
- Experience with ERP, planning, BI, or automation tools. NetSuite and Parabola experience are pluses.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the judgment to make recommendations when information is incomplete or priorities change.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through, with the ability to influence suppliers and cross-functional partners.
- A track record of improving processes, systems, or planning capabilities rather than simply maintaining existing workflows.
Experience with S&OP/IBP, retail replenishment, or planning automation is a strong plus.
About You
- You think like an owner. You're accountable for inventory outcomes, not just creating plans or issuing purchase orders.
- You're analytically rigorous. You understand the assumptions behind your projections, question the data, and can explain the operational and financial implications.
- You have a point of view. You don't just present a problem or a spreadsheet. You evaluate options and recommend a course of action.
- You're proactive. You anticipate constraints and surface risks while there's still time to do something about them.
- You're operationally minded. You understand that a supply plan is only as good as its execution and follow through until the inventory is available.
- You're a strong cross-functional partner. You can navigate competing priorities and drive alignment across suppliers, Operations, Demand Planning, Finance, and commercial teams.
- You can fly high and fly low. You're equally comfortable investigating a component shortage and discussing inventory strategy with leadership.
- You're a builder. You see inefficient processes, disconnected data, and manual workflows as opportunities to create something better.
- You're comfortable with ambiguity and change. You can operate effectively in a growing business where not every process or system is fully established.
What Great Looks Like
Within your first year, you will have:
- Established a reliable, SKU-level supply plan aligned with demand forecasts, supplier capabilities, and inventory requirements across channels.
- Built clear, forward-looking visibility into supplier commitments, production timing, inbound inventory, and projected inventory coverage.
- Improved supply planning accuracy and reduced reactive purchasing, shortages, and avoidable excess inventory.
- Established consistent, actionable inventory and replenishment planning processes for Amazon and an expanding retail and wholesale business.
- Strengthened component, packaging, and kitting planning to support product launches and ongoing replenishment.
- Become a trusted planning partner to suppliers, Demand Planning, Logistics, Finance, and leadership.
- Contributed meaningful supply inputs, scenario analysis, and recommendations to Coterie's evolving IBP process.
- Demonstrated sound inventory and working capital management while supporting growth and service level objectives.
- Improved and automated recurring planning workflows, reducing manual effort and building more scalable processes.
