Sr. Program Manager, Business Continuity Management

As a Senior Program Manager, Business Continuity Management, you will lead the execution and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide business resilience strategies, helping critical functions maintain operations during disruptions. You will oversee the full business continuity lifecycle, from risk assessments and business impact analyses to recovery planning, testing, and remediation. Working closely with business stakeholders, technology leaders, and external partners, you will ensure that resilience plans are practical, effective, and aligned with organizational requirements. Your work will strengthen operational readiness, improve recovery times, and reduce business risks.
