Senior Solutions Consultant

Join a customer-focused technical team helping organizations simplify IT operations through cloud-native endpoint management solutions. In this role, you will guide customers throughout their journey, from onboarding and implementation to platform optimization and ongoing performance reviews. You will combine deep technical expertise with consultative problem-solving to improve endpoint management, patching, and operational efficiency. Working closely with Customer Success, Support, and Engineering teams, you will resolve complex technical challenges and turn customer feedback into meaningful improvements. You will also develop reusable scripts, technical resources, and workflows that strengthen service delivery and knowledge sharing.
