Director, FSQA – Supplier

We are seeking an experienced food safety and quality assurance leader to oversee supplier compliance and product quality across a growing, increasingly complex supply chain. In this strategic leadership role, you will strengthen supplier partnerships, establish robust risk management practices, and ensure products consistently meet rigorous food safety and quality standards. You will lead initiatives spanning supplier qualification, incident management, product claims verification, sensory analysis, and customer feedback. By leveraging data, performance scorecards, and digital reporting tools, you will identify emerging trends and drive measurable improvements. Working closely with procurement, research and development, manufacturing, and customer experience teams, you will help embed quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
