Associate General Counsel - Product - Partnerships

You will lead complex strategic transactions and partnerships, including licensing, joint development, and supply and manufacturing agreements. Beyond advising on legal matters, you will help establish and scale a dedicated product legal function that supports the business as it grows. You will translate complex legal issues into practical business guidance while helping teams navigate emerging regulatory and commercial challenges.
