As the program grows there is the opportunity for the Onboarding Manager to transition into the TruPeer Program Manager role as the cohort continues to grow in EMEA. Job Description - In the role of Onboarding Manager your job is presenting on, and guiding partners through, the logistic-specific onboarding calls and then handing them over to their Program Manager. The Onboarding Manager’s goal is to make sure that partners attend all the calls and complete associated action items to ensure they are ready to participate in their group (Pod) once they are handed off to their Program Manager.
