Our AI-native technology helps healthcare organizations and their agencies make smarter commercialization decisions and connect patients, providers, and caregivers to life-improving therapies and resources. Built for the evolving privacy landscape, it improves performance without relying on individual-level health information.
Why Join BranchLab
• Help better therapies and resources reach people through work at the intersection of healthcare, data, and technology.
• Join a nimble team where ideas move quickly and your work is visible and valued.
• Sell a differentiated audience solution in the evolving pharmaceutical advertising market.
• Build relationships with pharmaceutical brands and agencies while helping shape BranchLab's commercial growth.
The Opportunity
BranchLab's commercial team helps pharmaceutical manufacturers and agencies plan, activate, and measure healthcare audiences. We're hiring a quota-carrying Sales Director / Account Executive to win new business, grow strategic accounts, and turn customer priorities into funded campaigns. You'll own the sales cycle and partner with Client Success, Product, Data Science, and Operations to bring deals through activation. Success means a healthy pipeline, signed campaigns that launch, accurate forecasts, and relationships that expand across brands. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for a seller who knows pharmaceutical advertising.
What You Will Do
• Own a full-cycle, quota-carrying sales motion with pharmaceutical manufacturers and agency partners, from prospecting through negotiation and close.
• Build account plans and a qualified pipeline by mapping brand and agency decision-makers, budgets, approval paths, activation timelines, and opportunities across brands.
• Connect BranchLab's audiences and Pathwai's planning, activation, and measurement capabilities to campaign objectives, using approved evidence to develop persuasive proposals.
• Develop relationships across brand, media, agency, and procurement teams; use campaign results to expand into additional brands, audiences, and enterprise partnerships.
• Partner with Client Success, Product, Data Science, and Operations to launch campaigns, learn from results, and maintain accurate Salesforce forecasts.
Minimum Qualifications
• 5+ years selling pharmaceutical advertising, healthcare audiences, media, or closely related solutions.
• Experience selling to pharmaceutical manufacturers or healthcare advertising or media agencies.
• Demonstrated ownership of new business, pipeline, revenue targets, and commercial close.
• Experience with pharmaceutical marketing, digital media buying, programmatic advertising, or audience targeting.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through contracting and activation.
Preferred Qualifications
• Established relationships with pharmaceutical brand marketers, media agencies, and programmatic activation teams.
• Experience selling patient or HCP audiences, healthcare data products, or programmatic media.
• Experience expanding campaigns across brands, therapeutic areas, or enterprise partnerships.
• Experience using Salesforce to manage opportunities and forecasts.
• Clear communication, strong organization, and comfort building business in a fast-moving environment.
