If so, we're looking for a Specialist Payment Solutions - Shift Operations and Monitoring to join our team on the journey to success! What You’ll do: - Monitor daily payment transactions in the core banking system and take action when needed - Track payment statuses and investigate issues together with payment service providers - Process and verify payment files through systems such as SWIFT, TARGET, BISERA and BORICA - Support settlement account reconciliation and other payment-related operations - Handle payment returns, manual transactions and mass file imports - Review system logs and help investigate payment processing issues - Participate in testing and implementation of new or improved payment processes - Identify opportunities to make payment operations smoother and more efficient - Provide operational support and guidance to colleagues and other teams
