Sr. Proposal Manager

The Senior Proposal Manager will lead the development of high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposals for strategic federal government opportunities across Defense, Intelligence, Civilian, and Health markets. This role oversees the full proposal lifecycle, from early capture activities and planning through production and post-submission support. Working within a collaborative, fast-paced growth team, you will coordinate cross-functional contributors, guide proposal writers, and translate complex technical information into clear, persuasive content. You will play a key role in shaping winning strategies, ensuring compliance, and delivering polished proposals on schedule. The position offers opportunities to collaborate with subject matter experts, capture managers, designers, and leadership while contributing to mission-focused technology solutions. This is a fully remote opportunity within the United States, with working hours aligned to the Eastern Time Zone.
