Salesforce Health Cloud Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

Our partner is looking for a Salesforce Health Cloud Business Systems Analyst (BSA) based in the United States. The Salesforce Health Cloud Business Systems Analyst will support a major healthcare implementation project by translating complex clinical and operational needs into effective Salesforce solutions. In this 12-month contract role, you will serve as a key liaison between healthcare stakeholders and technical delivery teams. You will lead requirements gathering, analyze patient management and care coordination workflows, and develop functional specifications that guide system configuration and development. Your expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud data models and healthcare compliance will help ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. Working within an Agile environment, you will collaborate with architects, developers, and QA specialists throughout design, testing, and implementation. This opportunity is suited to an experienced analyst who combines healthcare domain knowledge, technical fluency, and strong stakeholder communication skills.
