People Experience Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a People Experience Lead based in the United States. In this remote, part-time role, you will shape and deliver people strategy for a growing US healthcare and technology team operating within a global, AI-driven environment. Working closely with the Chief People Officer and senior leadership, you will provide strategic HR guidance across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding and development to performance, engagement, and employee relations. You will help build scalable people processes that support a distributed workforce and a rapidly evolving clinical delivery organization. Your expertise will be particularly valuable in supporting physicians and other licensed clinicians while navigating the complexities of multi-state employment. Beyond day-to-day HR operations, you will coach leaders, mentor People Experience colleagues, and strengthen a culture of trust, wellbeing, and accountability.
