Manager, Performance Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Performance Marketing based in the United States. The Manager, Performance Marketing will lead paid acquisition strategy, channel diversification, and website conversion optimization in a mission-driven healthcare environment focused on improving access to substance use disorder treatment. This hands-on leadership role will expand beyond established search campaigns to build and scale affiliate, programmatic, streaming audio, Meta, and Reddit channels. You will oversee budget allocation, develop rigorous experimentation programs, and optimize the digital journey from first impression to lead submission. Working closely with analytics, content, design, and patient access teams, you will connect marketing investment to meaningful business outcomes. Success will be measured by the ability to reduce the cost of acquiring new members who complete their first visit, rather than simply generating leads.
