Global Accounting Operations Specialist

The Global Accounting Operations Specialist will play a key role in supporting global finance operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across accounts receivable and related accounting processes. You will manage customer cash applications across multiple entities, currencies, and bank accounts while investigating discrepancies and resolving outstanding items. Beyond core accounts receivable responsibilities, you will gain exposure to expense management, accounts payable, sales order reviews, and month-end closing activities. Working closely with cross-functional finance teams, you will help strengthen financial controls and maintain reliable accounting records. You will also contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and the standardization of accounting operations across international entities.
