Director, Product-Led Growth

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Product-Led Growth based in France. As Director of Product-Led Growth, you will lead the strategy and execution of a scalable, revenue-generating product-led growth engine for a global cloud technology business. You will own product-led annual recurring revenue (ARR), driving customer acquisition, freemium conversion, expansion, and retention. Working at the intersection of Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales, you will translate complex cloud and developer platform capabilities into intuitive, high-impact user experiences. You will establish data-driven growth strategies, optimize the entire customer journey, and identify new monetization opportunities. Your leadership will help accelerate international expansion, strengthen customer engagement, and deliver measurable commercial results.
