Director, License Assurance

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to build and scale a global software license assurance and compliance program. In this role, you will oversee audit operations, ensuring customers' software usage aligns with contractual licensing terms and entitlements. You will lead a global team, establish risk-based audit strategies, and implement scalable, data-driven processes that improve compliance and deliver measurable business results. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Customer Success, you will drive cross-functional collaboration and effective resolution of licensing discrepancies. You will also optimize CRM systems, reporting frameworks, and audit workflows to enhance operational efficiency and visibility.
