Director of Engineering

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Engineering based in the United States. The Director of Engineering will lead the development of an innovative SaaS platform designed to help older adults navigate technology with greater confidence and independence. This role combines technical leadership, product strategy, and team building in a mission-driven, human-centered environment. You will shape the technical direction of the first product, leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, augmented reality, and computer vision. Working closely with cross-functional leadership, you will translate business objectives into scalable engineering solutions and product roadmaps. You will also build and mentor a diverse engineering team while fostering a culture of curiosity, empathy, and accountability.
