Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of 4-5 buyers, driving commercial performance.
- Manage daily operations and acquisition activities with a hands-on, strategic approach.
- Coach, evaluate, and develop team members to reach their full potential.
- Track KPIs and results, analyze performance, and report to senior management.

Must have:
- At least 12 months of seniority within the company as a prospector or buyer;
- Advanced level of English (B2–C1), with solid MS Office skills;
