Welcome to Bosch. - Responsible for equipment installation, commissioning, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization - Develop and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans and predictive maintenance to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) - Collect and clean equipment operation data (e.g., PLC, Server, MES, and sensor data) - Apply statistical analysis and data mining techniques to identify equipment failure patterns and performance degradation trends to support the implementation of Predictive Maintenance (PdM) - Develop and apply AI-based tools or scripts for equipment monitoring, failure alerting, and anomaly detection and build and maintain equipment data dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tablea) - Training of technicians based on business requirements and improves the competence of technician team continuously - Create maintenance (corrective/preventive/predictive maintenance) related work instruction for equipment and maintenance and optimization continuously - BPS activity implementation - Professional problem-solving method (PSS) - Other tasks assigned from manager Bachelor/College or above 2 years - Equipment principles - Data mining and analysis - Python - Database - Communication and data acquisition
