東松山工場は研究開発、営業、製造、品質保証、購買等をもつディーゼルシステムの拠点です。この事業所では約1,300名の従業員が勤務し、ディーゼルシステムをメインにお客様にトータルソルーションを提案します。 Higashimatsuyama Plant is a base for diesel systems with research and development, sales, manufacturing, quality assurance,  purchasing, etc. At this plant, about 1,300 employees are working for total solutions to customers mainly for diesel systems. - ガソリン・ディーゼル・HEV・BEV電子制御システムの適合プロジェクト渉外 - ベース適合（エンジン・車輛の基本性能） - 始動、ドライバビリティ適合(運転性能) - エミッション(排気ガス性能) - モデルベース制御の吸排気制御の適合 - HEVのモーターとエンジンの協調制御 - EVのトルク・温度マネジメント制御 - 故障診断適合適合全体スケジュールと進捗の管理  - Calibration project management for gasoline/diesel engine or HEV/EV - Base calibration (Engine/vehicle basic performance) - Start, Drivability calibration - Emission calibration - Model based air and exhaust management - Torque coordination control for HEV - Toque and thermal management for EV - Diagnosis calibration - パワートレイン・車両適合開発に興味がある - ディーゼルエンジンや自動車の基礎知識 - ECUシステムの基礎知識 - 日本語ネイティブレベル - 専用ツールを使用した実際の適合経験（あれば望ましい） - TOEIC 600点以上（あれば望ましい）  - Motivated to work for engine/vehicle calibration development - Basic knowledge of diesel powertrain and vehicle - Basic knowledge of ECU system - Japanese: Native level - Experience of calibration work by using tools (preferable skill) - English: TOEIC higher than 600 preferred
