Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/ Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented Kitchen Steward to support daily operations at the Heartists Cafeteria, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across all kitchen and service areas. - Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, floors, and workstations. - Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils, cookware, crockery, and cutlery. - Follow HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards. - Ensure proper waste disposal and maintain clean waste storage areas. - Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and storage areas. - Support the culinary team by ensuring clean equipment and utensils are available during service. - Report maintenance issues and hygiene concerns to the supervisor. - Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward or Dishwasher in a hotel, restaurant, or cafeteria is an advantage. - Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards. - Ability to handle cleaning chemicals and kitchen equipment safely. - Physically fit, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. - Good teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
