Key Responsibilities - Receive, inspect, sort, and organize incoming inventory and shipments. - Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for accurate and timely distribution. - Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper inventory placement. - Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and record accuracy. - Load and unload merchandise while following established handling procedures. - Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. - Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals. - Identify and report inventory discrepancies or operational concerns. - Follow company procedures, workplace safety standards, and quality guidelines. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality work. - Good communication and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting, standing, and moving merchandise. - Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing operational needs. - Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a proactive approach to daily responsibilities.
