Structural Steel Fitter – Layout & Assembly Location: Richmond, VA Job Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire Shifts: 1st and 2nd Shift Pay Rate: Up to $28.00/hour, based on experience 2nd Shift Differential: Additional $3.00/hour Position Overview We are hiring a Structural Steel Fitter to prepare, measure, and assemble steel components before welding. This role requires blueprint reading, precise layout, and hands-on experience aligning and securing steel parts in a fabrication shop.
