This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Designer – Growth/Website based in Portugal. As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape the digital experience that turns website visitors into potential customers. You will own the design and optimization of high-impact web pages and landing pages, driving conversion through thoughtful design and continuous experimentation. From identifying opportunities and defining hypotheses to launching A/B tests, you will take ownership of the entire design process. You will combine strong visual craftsmanship, user-centered storytelling, and data-driven decision-making to create compelling digital experiences. Working closely with growth, marketing, product, engineering, and analytics teams, you will translate business objectives into customer-focused solutions. You will also help elevate design quality, strengthen design systems, and contribute to a culture of rapid learning and experimentation.
