Sales & Marketing Operations Manager

We are looking for a hands-on operations leader to build, optimize, and scale the systems that support a global sales and marketing organization. In this role, you will own Salesforce architecture and development, manage HubSpot and marketing automation, and create integrations that connect go-to-market platforms. You will also develop AI-powered agents to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and strengthen customer engagement. Working closely with sales leaders, marketing stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, you will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
