We are seeking an experienced Climate Change Team Leader to drive climate action across Brazil’s healthcare sector and advance the transition toward environmentally sustainable healthcare systems. In this leadership role, you will develop and implement strategies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, strengthen climate resilience, and promote environmental responsibility across healthcare organizations. You will lead a dynamic team, build strategic partnerships, and engage with government institutions, healthcare networks, and international stakeholders to influence climate and health policies. Working at the intersection of public health, environmental sustainability, and policy advocacy, you will help align healthcare systems with the goals of the Paris Agreement. You will also support member organizations in adopting measurable decarbonization initiatives, improving energy efficiency, and expanding renewable energy use.
