Data Product Lead

As Data Product Lead, you will shape the direction, priorities, and impact of a data team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Combining hands-on analytics with product leadership, you will turn complex data into actionable insights, business recommendations, and growth opportunities. You will lead the team’s roadmap and delivery while working closely with product managers, engineers, and senior stakeholders. Partnering with a Data Tech Lead, you will connect business needs with technical execution, ensuring the team focuses on the right problems. This role offers the opportunity to influence company-wide decisions through analytics, reporting, and data-driven strategy. You will also coach and develop team members, helping strengthen analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder collaboration. Please note: This is a remote position open to candidates based in the EMEA region.
