Data Governance Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Collibra Data Governance Specialist based in India. We are seeking an experienced data governance professional to help build, implement, and scale enterprise-wide data governance capabilities. In this role, you will configure and administer Collibra and other data governance platforms, strengthen metadata management, and improve data transparency across business domains. You will establish business glossaries, data dictionaries, ownership models, and data lineage practices to support reliable, compliant, and trusted data. Working closely with business, analytics, data quality, and IT teams, you will translate governance requirements into practical solutions and encourage adoption of consistent data management practices. This full-time remote opportunity is ideal for someone who combines hands-on platform expertise with strong stakeholder engagement and a passion for improving how organizations manage and use data.
