Bilingual Customer Care Specialist - English and Spanish

In this role, you will manage a high volume of phone-based inquiries while also supporting email and chat interactions in both English and Spanish. You will take ownership of customer concerns from initial contact through resolution, handling complex situations involving orders, billing, refunds, exchanges, and technical troubleshooting.
