WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - 4+ years of relevant professional experience (5+ preferred), including at least 3 years in social media management and 2 years in game development or publishing. - Proven experience building, growing, and engaging audiences on TikTok and YouTube. - Hands-on experience creating, shooting, and editing social-first video content. - Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, internet culture, creator ecosystems, and emerging content trends. - Ability to develop channel strategies, identify target audiences, establish success metrics, and create content that drives engagement. - Experience analyzing social media performance data and translating insights into actionable improvements. - Strong creative storytelling, copywriting, editorial judgment, and video content development skills. - Proficiency with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or mobile-native editing applications. - Ability to independently produce engaging content using a smartphone or lightweight production equipment. - Experience providing creative direction and collaborating with internal production teams, agencies, or external partners. - Ability to translate game content, player sentiment, and community conversations into engaging, platform-native storytelling. - Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively across teams. - Knowledge of gaming culture, MMO communities, and player engagement. NICES TO HAVE - Familiarity with the broader Guild Wars franchise. - Experience working with gaming creators, influencers, or online gaming communities. - Fluency in French, German, Spanish, or Korean.
