- Support logistics for US regional events, including executive dinners, happy hours, and local activations (venue sourcing, catering, invite/RSVP management)
- Support Community/Developer event logistics in the US (meetups, local developer events)
- Track event budgets against actuals and flag discrepancies
- Provide general administrative support to the Director of Field Marketing & Events, including scheduling, vendor invoicing, and calendar maintenance
Your Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 0-2 years of professional experience; an internship or coursework in events, marketing, or hospitality is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and vendors at once
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to travel (approximately 25%, depending on event calendar)
What We Offer:
- Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
- 401K with 3% Contribution
- Pre-IPO Stock Options
