Attorney – Insurance Defense || Remote Role - Western Pennsylvania

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney based in Western Pennsylvania. This role is ideal for a self-directed attorney with substantial insurance defense experience who can independently manage high-value and complex litigation matters with minimal supervision. The attorney will work remotely and contribute to the firm's regional presence, professional relationships, and continued growth throughout Western Pennsylvania. Location: Western Pennsylvania, PA Job Type: Full-Time Work Arrangement: Fully Remote Practice Areas Insurance Defense | Complex Casualty Litigation | Large Loss | General Liability Key Responsibilities - Independently manage insurance defense matters from inception through resolution, including high-value and complex litigation. - Develop case strategies and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents. - Conduct and defend depositions. - Handle court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, settlement conferences, and trial preparation. - Take ownership of significant litigation matters with minimal supervision. - Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers, claims professionals, self-insured entities, and corporate clients. - Build regional professional relationships and contribute to the growth of the insurance defense practice throughout Western Pennsylvania.
