Only work half the month (4 days on Week 1, 3 days on Week 2). Overtime & Premium Pay: Overtime after 36/40 hours. Night shift differential up to +$3.00/hr. Responsibilities: - Install, test, and repair electrical plant machinery, support equipment, switchgear, motors, and transformers. - Write, program, and troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLCs, Kawasaki Robots, servo drives, CNC machines, and HMI applications. - Diagnose and repair electrical circuits, hydraulics, pneumatics, and network/Ethernet protocols. - Read electrical schematics and ensure all work meets local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations. - Experience with low/high voltage systems, industrial electrical systems, and hand/power tools. Technical knowledge of welding and machining is a plus. - Must pass a hair follicle drug test, complete background check, physical, and E-Verify. - Flexible to work day or night 12-hour shifts, including overtime, weekends, and shutdowns. - Must have reliable transportation and the ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled, dirty environment (graphite facility).
