FEDABB, the Federation of Belfius Bank Agents, represents and supports the independent agents within the Belfius network. The federation brings its members together around shared themes and needs and develops initiatives that support them in their role as entrepreneurs. FEDABB aims to further professionalise its operations and strengthen the added value it provides to its members, the COMMVs. To support this ambition, the federation is looking for a Director who will become the central driving force of the organisation: someone who creates overview, provides direction, brings people and expertise together, and ensures that ideas are translated into concrete results. The Director works closely with the Co-Chairs, the Board of Directors, FEDABB employees and members, while operating within a broad network of external partners and stakeholders.
