Fulfillment Specialist-FT

Job Description As an Fulfillment Specialist for Super Bright LEDs, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your work will include various tasks including, but not limited to, box making, labeling, picking/packing orders, shipping/receiving, and replenishing. Please note: This is a full-time, on-site position based in Earth City, Missouri. The regular work schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Candidates must be able to consistently work this schedule, as no alternative schedules are available. Responsibilities: - Receive and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner. - Pick and pack products efficiently, ensuring proper packaging for shipment. - Collaborate with the inventory team to maintain adequate stock levels. - Conduct quality control checks to ensure orders are accurate and free from defects. - Ensure all processing areas are neat, clean, and organized. - Report out of stock issues to the supervisor and restock bins from the warehouse. - Assist in processing UPS and USPS shipments.
