Principais responsabilidades - Realizar disparos de campanhas de marketing utilizando Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Criar e acompanhar automações de marketing. - Desenvolver relatórios gerenciais para acompanhamento dos resultados das campanhas. - Analisar indicadores e contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de marketing. Requisitos obrigatórios - Experiência com Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). - Conhecimento em automações de marketing. Diferencial - Conhecimento em Power BI para criação de dashboards e análise de indicadores.
