About the role

Key Responsibilities - Investigate and defend first-party and third-party insurance claims. - Handle personal injury, construction, premises liability, insurance coverage disputes, and bad-faith litigation. - Take and defend depositions. - Draft dispositive motions and insurance coverage opinions. - Attend court hearings and represent clients in litigation proceedings. - Conduct examinations under oath (EUOs). - Location: Denver, Colorado - Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite - Eligibility: Local candidates only – No relocation
