Clinic Director - Physical Therapist

Location: Bellevue, WA (Factoria) Salary Range: $100,000- $130,000 per year Schedule: Monday - Friday Bonuses: $10,000 Sign-on bonus and Profit Sharing Sports PT - Factoria is a growing sports and orthopedic physical therapy clinic serving active adults and athletes in an athletic facility, movement-focused environment. We combine efficient systems with objective testing, progressive rehab, and hands-on care to deliver high-quality treatment in a collaborative, team-based setting.  At Sports Physical Therapy, you’ll join a collaborative, high‑energy team dedicated to exceptional care and continuous professional growth. We are seeking a Clinic Director who will play a pivotal role in shaping clinical operations, mentoring staff, and elevating the patient experience. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a deep passion for rehabilitation and a genuine love for sports.
