Recruiter

About the Role Houzz is seeking a Recruiter to proactively identify, engage, and hire talent for our teams in the US, with a primary focus on Sales and G&A. As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, the Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to develop creative sourcing and closing strategies to find the best talent for a variety of roles across our business. We are looking for someone who can work independently across multiple teams and hiring managers while working collaboratively with their talent acquisition teammates to deliver the best hiring outcomes based on business needs.
